"Richardson Touts 'business-Friendly State':
Santa Fe New Mexican - Gov. Bill Richardson promised business leaders meeting in Santa Fe on Tuesday that he would firmly rebuff any legislative attempts to change his income-tax and other tax cuts.
"I will veto any effort to reduce or change the tax cuts that are moving New Mexico forward," Richardson said. Such tax cuts "are sending a message that we're a business-friendly state."
Richardson spoke at the Association of Commerce and Industry's annual Business Day in Santa Fe, held this year at the Eldorado Hotel. About 450 people attended the event......
